The Most Popular Coffee Drinks of Fall 2026

Fall has officially taken over the espresso bar, and this year the menu is moving past classic pumpkin spice into some genuinely exciting territory. Here's what's been showing up most on our counter this season.
Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso. Double shots shaken hard over ice with brown sugar syrup and a splash of oat milk. It's got that toasty, almost caramelized sweetness that just feels like autumn, and the oat milk keeps it silky instead of watery.
Maple Cortado. A cortado is already a great cold-weather order — equal parts espresso and steamed milk, no foam to fight through — and a light drizzle of real maple syrup turns it into something that tastes like a Staten Island diner and a Brooklyn coffee bar had a baby.
Spiced Dirty Chai. Our house chai concentrate with a shot of espresso pulled right on top. Warm, a little spicy, plenty of caffeine for the shorter days.
Apple Cider Americano. This one surprises people every time. A splash of warm apple cider under a shot of espresso and hot water sounds strange until you try it — it reads more like a spiced cider with depth than a coffee drink.
Classic Pumpkin Spice Latte. Still a top seller, and we're not messing with a good thing — ours is made with real pumpkin puree and warm spices, not just syrup.
Come in and try one (or work your way through all five). We're open seven days a week in the Urby lobby, and the espresso machine is always warm.
