Americano Cafe began with a simple idea: create a place where great coffee, delicious food, and genuine hospitality could bring people together.
Founded in Staten Island in September 2020, Americano Cafe was built from passion, determination, and a love for coffee and community. What started as a dream during an incredibly uncertain time has grown into a neighborhood cafe where people come to start their mornings, meet friends, enjoy brunch, work, celebrate, or simply take a moment for themselves.
At the heart of Americano Cafe is our love for coffee. From carefully prepared espresso drinks and specialty lattes to matcha, tea, cold brew, and seasonal favorites, we believe a great drink can make an ordinary day feel a little better.
But Americano Cafe has always been about more than what's in the cup.
Our menu brings together comforting breakfast and brunch favorites, fresh salads, sandwiches, pastries, smoothies, and dishes made for sharing. We want our food to feel familiar and approachable while still giving you something worth coming back for.
Our cafe has become a place for many different moments — a morning coffee before the day begins, a weekend brunch with family, a catch-up with friends, a quiet afternoon working on a laptop, or a spontaneous stop for something sweet.
We are proud to be part of the Staten Island community and grateful for the customers who have supported us, celebrated with us, brought their families, recommended us to friends, and watched Americano Cafe grow.
Today, Americano Cafe is still independently owned and deeply personal to us. We continue to grow, experiment, create new drinks and dishes, and look for new ways to make our neighborhood cafe even better.
